What are your check-in/check-out times?
Check-in is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.00am.
Is there an airport shuttle?
We do not have a shuttle, but we can arrange at a cost of $40 from 1-4 persons, or an Uber ride cost is around $40.
How can we check-in if we arrive very late in the day?
Our hotel reception is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm. If you expect to arrive after this time please inform us by phone, email or internet booking service message at least one day prior to your arrival. You will be informed of a special late check-in procedure to allow you to quickly check into your room.
Do you have a free car park?
Car parking is limited to cars, vans and disabled parking space available. Please ask us before booking if your vehicle is oversized eg trailers, trucks or campervans etc are strictly subject to availability.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel? Do you have a smoking area?
This is a smoke-free and vape-free hotel. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any guest rooms, lobby or entrances. If a room, lobby or entrance is damaged by smoke or vape odour the hotel reserves the right to charge cleaning costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. Outside of the hotel entrance is a smoking area.
Is a car rental service available?
Yes, we can help you transfer to the car rental centre on Kilmore Street in the central city, where you can find Apex, Budget, Hertz, Avis and more car rental services.
Cancellation Policy
We require bonds or a valid credit card details to secure your booking. This card must be presented upon check-in at the hotel for verification. Salisbury Hotel will place the bond pre-authorisation on The Lead Guest's credit card 4 days before check-in. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation (within the 72 hours period) being charged. This cancellation policy also applies to non-arrival without notification and to shortened stays. For special event and group bookings (any 3 rooms or more are considering as a group booking), all cancellations within the 7 day period will result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. When customers are charged for cancelled accommodation, we will attempt to re-sell the room(s) in question and will refund all costs if successful.
