When are your Check in check out time?
Check in is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am
Is there Airport Shuttle?
We do not have a shuttle, but we can arrange at a cost of $15 per person for a minimum of two passengers, or the other Uber ride cost is around $29.00
How can we check in if arrived very late of day?
Hotel reception work hour from 8.00am to 10.00pm. If you expect to arrive after this time, please inform us by phone, email or internet booking service message at least one day prior to your arrival. You will be informed of a special late check in procedure to allow you to quickly check into your room.
Do you have free car park?
Car parking is limited to cars, vans and disabled parking space available. Please enquire ask us before booking if your vehicle is oversized like trailers, trucks or campervans etc are strictly subject to availability.
Is there allowed smoke in the Hotel? Do you have smoke area?
There is a smoke free and vape free Hotel. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any guest rooms, lobby, entrances, when a room, lobby or entrance is damaged by smoke or vape odour, reserves the right to charge cleaning costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
We designated smoking areas in outdoor Courtyard.
